A: Yes! All items purchased from GBK are guaranteed to be free from defects in quality and workmanship. Our liability is limited to either product replacement, or money back at our discretion. See our Store Policies for return procedures.

Q: Is it safe to pay by credit or debit card?

A: Yes! GBK uses the secure and encrypted services of PayPal for all of our credit or debit card transactions.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account?

A: No! You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchase. If you have a PayPal account, that is great. If you want to open a PayPal account, you can do so through the link provided. However, it is not necessary to have an account with PayPal in order to pay for your purchase using your credit or debit card.

Q: Does it cost me to use PayPal?

A: No! PayPal charges GBK a small fee, as the seller. However, it is a totally free service to you.

Q: Can I pay by check instead of using a credit or debit card?

A: Our bank has advised us against accepting checks. So we prefer PayPal. It seems that with modern computer technology, even Cashiers’ Checks can be forged. However, if you need to pay by check, we will accept personal checks, or Money Orders. We will require a minimum of 10 days from date of deposit for checks to clear, before shipping your order. Please be aware that we are not allowed to place items on hold with our suppliers. So, the items you purchase may go "out of stock" while waiting for the check to clear. The items would then be placed on back order.
